
This delicious and easy Brownie Truffle Recipe is from Sandra Lee's Semi-Homemade Money Saving Meals
Making and decorating these is a lot of fun. They store in the refrigerator for one week and up to three months in the freezer.
Get creative and make some fancy brownie truffles for the upcoming holidays.
Ingredients:
1 box (21.3 ounce) dark chocolate brownie mix with chocolate syrup pouch
1/4 cup water
2 Tab light color corn syrup
Coatings/Decorations of your choice, such as sprinkles, nuts, or coconut
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix, chocolate syrup, water, and corn syrup until well mixed.
2. Pour desired coating into a bowl or pie plate. Scoop up 1 Tablespoon of the brownie mixture using slightly wet hands. Shape mixture into a smooth ball. Roll ball in desired coating to cover entire ball. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
3. Repeat to make 28 truffles, rinsing hands when too sticky to roll.
4. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
